Depression and Anxiety

Depression, fear, and anxiety are some of the most common but uncomfortable emotions that we can experience in our lives.  Through Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, client-centered counseling and individualized treatment planning, you can recover motivation, perspective, and joy that you once had in your life.

Trauma and PTSD

Unfortunately, many individuals experience symptoms associated with painful and traumatic circumstances over which they feel they have no control. Feelings of anxiety, fear, anger and hopelessness can linger long after traumatic events. Through the use of cognitive processing therapy and awareness of mind/body connections, it is hoped that these individuals can reclaim their natural resilience and be guided through the process of grief and healthy symptom management.

Relationships

Relationship counseling can be beneficial to couples who are looking to strengthen their emotional connection, in all stages of their relationship. Therapy sessions can be held with both the couple and each of the individuals, to create a  supportive place to discuss issues and solutions to strengthen your relationship.
